Mark Kozazcki II (“Kozak”) was raised in the small town of Ipswich Massachusetts and is now pursuing a Business/Marketing degree at North Carolina State University while fishing on the collegiate level. He has been passionate about fishing since the day he could hold a rod and has been progressing ever since those early days. His father and grandfather introduced him into the world of fishing and were the initial reasons he became so passionate. One of his life goals is to one day, fish on a professional level and win The Classic. In the meantime, he spends his time fishing club tournaments and numerous collegiate trails while preparing to advance to the next level of competitive angling in the upcoming years. He prefers to stay shallow and fish jigs, top waters and plastics, but does not mind going deep and cranking or carolina-rigging. His favorite jig is Indian Creek’s “Kozak Killer”, which he’ll throw 90% of the time. He looks forward to each new day, knowing that God has something great in store for him.
